My name is Ruben Grit. I am a composer creating music for the Church, writing in a variety of styles to serve worship and strengthen congregational singing. My work blends tradition and creativity, offering hymns and sacred music designed to glorify God and encourage the faith of His people.
About Me
I was born in the Netherlands into a musical family, where music was not only enjoyed but valued deeply. From an early age, I was raised at the piano and grew up understanding the importance of music in life. Over time, I developed a deep love for orchestral sound—ranging from classical music and film scores to musical theatre.
In my thirties, I truly began to recognize the gift God had placed in me. It was during that season that I understood I was meant to pursue what I love most: creating music that inspires, uplifts, and serves the Church.
